PTK Alumni

Applicant must be a member of Phi Theta Kappa, or a student who is an inductee the semester of application. Award preference will be given to active Phi Theta Kappa members. Applicant must state in a one page essay what they have done and what they will do using the four hallmarks of Phi Theta Kappa: Scholarship, Leadership, Fellowship, & Service.
